Order Cancellations

You can cancel an order after purchase, as long as the order’s status is “Processing”. After the order enters Design or production phase, it can no longer be cancelled.
If you successfully cancel an order, a full refund to you card will be carried within 7 business days.

Returns and Replacement

Since we offer custom designed products that are unique and produced per order; Returns or exchanges are not supported if you ordered a wrong size, color, or simply don’t like the product.

However, we can offer a replacement order free of charge; if there are any issues with the order; like manufacturing error, printing issues and such.

In case a replacement order is arranged, there is no need to send the original order back to us.

Refund

You can request a refund from the order details page. You can either request a refund on a single item from the order, or the entire order. In the request form, state the reason and upload pictures displaying the condition of the product.

After requesting a refund, we will look into it within 3 business days. You can check the status of your refund request from the “My Refund Requests” page.

General

If you do not comply with any of the above conditions, We reserve the right to refuse the Replacement or Refund orders, or to impose different or additional conditions.
